What Are Enhanced Sendust Cores?
Enhanced Sendust cores are refined soft magnetic components made from iron-silicon-aluminum alloys with optimized powder grain size, insulation layer, and compaction process. Compared to standard Sendust cores, the enhanced variant offers significantly lower core loss at high frequencies, better AL value consistency, and extended thermal endurance. These features make them well-suited for high-efficiency, high-density power designs where conventional powder cores may not meet performance expectations.Product Overview

Through improved metallurgy and advanced pressing techniques, these cores achieve higher permeability, smoother saturation curves, and lower core loss across 20kHz to 500kHz frequency ranges.Our enhanced Sendust cores are ideal for minimizing inductor size while maintaining energy efficiency in power factor correction (PFC) circuits, synchronous buck converters, and high-power EMI filtering units. Coated with epoxy or polyester, the cores are available in toroidal and custom shapes, suitable for automated and manual coil winding processes.
Each core is tested for AL accuracy, thermal drift, and frequency-dependent loss, ensuring reliability in automotive, telecom, and renewable energy applications.
